Project: I conceptualized and developed a website with a mission to empower women faculty through the equitable redistribution of workloads. The platform serves as a hub to connect women faculty with peers and mentors within research and scholarly communities, fostering a supportive network. The overarching goal is to attract and integrate an increasingly diverse range of women faculty, creating an inclusive environment for collaboration and professional growth.
